You have a reserved name, don't have to fill in CAPTCHAs every time you comment and can save some preferences.

If you put literally Anonymous as the name, the part with quotes will be omitted.
Some time ago you could leave the field blank for the same result.
You can also put some kinds of whitespace (e.g. a tab or zero-width) to get just quotes with nothing inside.

While we are at it, I suggest admin treating any whitespace-only names as blank. These empty quotes are only a visual noise.
