Well it's a poorly translated sub, which is a bit lame but could be avoided if it had not drifted into troll behavior. When they were sticking to their real/first tag [SA18HD], anime fans had a legit choice. This constant creation of new torrent accounts under new tags is troll behavior, designed to avoid bans, blocks, and to trick people. So, of course, those promoting this fraud are spamming the anime community.
The original comment I made had to do with the message board here being filled with with of spam. Some asshole posted 3-5 pages of the same gif and other crap. Admin had to waste time remove all that crap and fixing the message board.
That`s why I made the toddlers and banning comment because its childish shit with no respect for the people who work to keep these forums running smoothly.
Immature toddlers keep uploading crappy files after crappy files under new tags because the files keep getting deleted. It would be better for the community to just keep deleting the files causing the problems. After all this is a self policing community and and banning people's IP's or disabling comments would be like shooting people because you don't like what they say. Cutting out the cancerous files is better for the body than cutting out the white cells trying to kill the cancer.
There actually are some free Usenet plans, and some places offer free trials. Have never used any of them myself, but some options are available if you want want to pay.
There is one person pushing it. But most that come here won't pay and for various reasons: they are a pirate and pirates don't pay, They have little to no money, They have no way to pay even if they have money for various reasons like too young to deal with a bank etc. He's just making a big pest of himself while complaining how he can't get the files for free to put behind the paywall. He isn't torrenting so he really isn't giving anything back to the vast majority of this community.

The host put a fairly restrictive cap on the server's disk IOPS about 10 days ago, which has been causing it to choke every so often. I've managed to get it raised a bit and have been making some tweaks to better deal with the new limits. Hopefully it's been mostly fine in the past ~1-2 days? There's some rebuild processes that run at around 5AM-7AM UTC every day, so it may be a little slower around then, but hopefully not noticeably so. It's also known that some filter/sort combinations can be slow.
Thanks for the info. The file was removed from Nyaa, and AT just replicates whatever they do. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with legitimacy and only just because of how the script here operates. The file is still accessible via the above link though. Hopefully that explains it.
You may say that but there are threads and threads of issues of constant JD problems on their home site and more JD threads of problems on pretty much every warez site, file host site etc.. Its because of the way its setup. Any time a hoster makes a change of any kind JD needs to patch it for that hoster to work again. They (JDmods, admins) also have a history of blaming everyone else any time it has an issue instead of just patching the problem.
Yes JD works great when everything is working. Also if you want your premium to work it requires the login info.
Those are my issues with JD. IDM requires nothing. Works right after installation with pretty much everything. No login or premium passwords, no need for patches, etc You just click the download link and IDM starts itself up starts download - completes. Just simpler and always reliable.
Never any issues or blaming each other because IDM always works.
If you are happy with JD thats great. Whatever you enjoy.
I personally would rather use something I never have to bother with. IDM speaks for itself of how well it works because you wont find 100`s to 1000`s of threads for IDM problems. To be honest most die hard IDM users did start with JD first. I used it for 4-5 years before IDM. Its not as if I didn't use it so I know exactly how JD works. Even if they never had another issue I'd still not be a fan of how JD is setup to work. If you used IDM for a few weeks tests run youd understand about the difference.
Sorry so long winded. I just enjoy things that always work that I never have to bother with.
IDM (abbrev. for "Internet Download Manager") is just a file downloader. Not free unless its a cracked version.
IDM is the best file downloader there is period. Its simple and does its job well. It sets itself up mostly through install. You just have to tweak it a little if you prefer for best setup options.
I gave up on JD like 6-7 years ago for IDM. Never looked back. Anyone who gets away from JD realizes how out of date and Problematic JD is.
And no it cant cause a 502 error. Its impossible for IDM to cause a 502 or any server errors. It cant cause a server error anymore than winrar, winiso, or 7zip can cause one.
As far as the statement of failing to capture he probably doesn't have the latest plugin or incorrect configuration. I never have capturing problems. IDM works for me 100% of the time.
