I'm glad you previously edited that back out, but you can't un-ring a provocative bell. And it shows the unrealistic level of censorship you're hoping for.
Your announced plan seems the most reasonable: post your links turn your comments off
I don't give a crap anymore, keep on commenting hateful stuff, I'm not the one suffering it, @admin is. If you want to give him loads of stuff to moderate everyday, so be it.
> There's no point since you're ignoring my releases as you said, and you obviously can't stand me.
I'm ignoring your releases, not your comments, and no I just can't stand your hypocrisy. Learn the difference. Yeah, I already told you to just upload your releases and shut up. People won't even know you're here. Is that really hard to do? People will keep interacting with you as long as you comment. that's just how comment section works. Is that really surprising?
People already ignore your releases, everybody already knows that. That's what best for everyone. They do that because they exactly know what you're talking about, You don't provide comparisons until they make you. Nobody forget what you've been doing here. Well, you can continue your delusions, then. Guess you're not learning anything after all, Keep pretending that's what you do best.
You weren't able to tell me what was so bad about my encodes apart from "They're too big" or some superficial description like "it's sharper, there's more noise".
You have literally no idea what you're even talking about (regarding encodes) so why waste my time? Go watch minis and ignore my releases, that'll be best for everyone.
No, you've been asked to back up your claims, and you know what you did? Called them idiots for not understanding how good you are as encoders. Then you edited your comments, then you said, "no, they attacked me personally because who I am". Dude, all people ask is simply provide something to back up your claims. Is that really hard to do?
The thing is that I usually don't comment anything but a DDL link on my own releases.
The problem is that you always feel the need to comment something (most of the time it's not even about the release but just to provoke me like here), so maybe start by closing your mouth and you probably won't even know I'm here :)
In summary, I don't comment if I don't get provoked (which YOU are responsible for, 95% of the time).
yeah, that's why admin told you to not get trolled so easily, I guess you don't really get it, then. Also, don't play victim, you're also part of the problems, when people comments on your releases, you attack them, you told them to shut up, called them idiots, told that nobody understand encoding better than you are but when you got attacked, you ran to admin and said, "Why are people so toxic?" dude you started it. At least as anon, we don't edit our comments just to make a point.
> Be honest, the most comments you're taking out in these situations are comments like this one, insults/personal attacks from Anons. Again. First time on internet? just upload your releases and shut up. People will always complain everything.
> Anonymous means they don't have to be held accountable for their behaviour What do you think the admin has been doing? You don't have to worry about this yk. Just ignore them and let admin deal with them.
You're not interested in anything tbh, you just sell promises. Encodes are products, no matter how hard you convince people that you make good encodes, if you can't provide anything to back up your claims. I'm sorry it's nothing but pure BS.
I've not being doing/interested in doing fansubs since the drama with Summer Time Rendering, so what are you even talking about?
As for my encodes, I'm still learning but they're already better than the source I use so I'd say I'm already in a good place, but thank you for your encouraging words. Warms my heart.
Replace "center point" by "target" and you'll have a better understanding at the situation. Being the target of that negativity doesn't mean I'm responsible for it.
I'll say it again @admin, but am I the one you have to worry so much about that you have to delete comments from?
Be honest, the most comments you're taking out in these situations are comments like this one, insults/personal attacks from Anons because being anonymous means they don't have to be held accountable for their behavior, they can just do it again whenever they want, no bans, no timeout, which is also why I asked what I asked in the first place.
In comparison, how many have you removed from me because I was insulting or whatever? I'd say pretty much none (still, in comparison to the comments you removed from Anons). But, yeah I'm the problem here.
Most of the comments I'm getting from Anons are to trash me for the Nyaa incident that happened two years ago. They don't have a thing to complain about from my current releases since THEY.DO.NOT.WATCH.THEM.
So no @Admin, I do not act "in a way that attracts provocation", they do.
The first comment I'm getting is : "I'm sure this comment section will be polite and constructive posts." My reply : "Right, whatever." ~ Is that a reply that attracts provocation in your mind ? ~
Less than two hours later, another anon brings toxicity which (sure, at this point I'm annoyed) leads to me replying with toxicity as well. => But was I the one that started it? Was that message that I quoted from the Anon, necessary? Helpful? Constructive?
So yeah, maybe you should review all the incidents and look at the first comment starting the fuzz, it'll most of the time be Anons with a non-constructive comment (to not say toxic/insulting).
I appreciate your response. I'm not annoyed, so you don't need to worry about that. I like supporting criticism and people pointing out issues, but it can be done in a more constructive way and with more empathy.
I do think ThisisLX could improve on commenting, but in this particular thread, I think ThisisLX largely asked a reasonable question which doesn't deserve the negativity. I say 'largely' because his post does include unnecessary bits like "significant presence Nyaanons" - I'd be fine if people criticised him on that point, but that's not what was focused on.
I think I see a common center point of all the drama and it is ThisisLX.
Being the center point of something doesn't mean that the center point is at fault though. Also keep in mind that the other side is posting as Anonymous, meaning that it's entirely possible that they are also a center point, but obscuring it.
Oh, so now you're victim blaming with laughably absurd remarks on top?
Note I do agree that ThisisLX has acted in a way that attracts provocation, and ThisisLX could definitely improve on that. But that only becomes an issue if someone is doing the provoking as well. People don't voluntarily "want to be provoked".
yep, it's luxury, what do you expect? If only they actually wanted to learn, they could be an actual great encoder one day, even become a part of an actual fansub.
I see two common center points, ThisisLX releasing stuff, and you, bringing back drama that happened two years ago.
We'll see how 2025 goes, right ?
I suppose ThisisLX will keep uploading stuff so if there's comments on his releases to trash him for no reason or to poke at him so he loses his shit again, we'll know who to blame.
Everything below here except * is your own fault. Grow up.
> make a new account (hoping people won't realize it's me). *> people comments on my new releases > call them idiots because I can't back up my statements > people found out who I am, told them the links don't work > People uploads another links, I confessed > Gone for a week > Ask admin to shut down comments because I can't stand people being mean to me. > Admin said no. > Repeat the process every year.
Lets see if I have this right, he had a NYAA account and drama starts and he gets banned. Opens another NYAA account in violation of their rules and drama starts again and he is banned again. He comes to here with a new name and drama starts here. I think I see a common center point of all the drama and it is ThisisLX.
