I think you're assuming way too much. I have a degree of tolerance, but may step in if I think things need to be reined in.
You might see it as 'ignoring', which I'd agree to some extent - I have more interesting things to attend to than to pay attention to every petty squabble going on.
There's no "special treatment" going on, call it "random treatment" if you prefer. If you despise that, unfortunately I can't help you there.

You need to download all those 3 parts (mkv.001, mkv.002 and mkv.003) and and use 7zip to extract mkv.001.

I see nothing wrong with suggestions, but what you're doing is selling lies, I've been using this site for more than 10 years, there are no ddls that can last that long. So, merry Christmas and enjoy your delusion.

DDLs will never last long, best practice is to download them before they got deleted. You can try uploading to buzzheavier, gofile or krakenfiles. These hosters are currently used by this site.

This is just speculation since you did not precise, however each time this is brought up, VLC is the media player in question. VLC is known for failing to play surround Opus files, and it's got other long-lasting major issues as well, so as the other person told you before me, consider switching to MPV. The release description tells as much BTW: "Tired of VLC acting up with Opus audio, with subtitles, with color rendition? We recommend the MPV media player for the best playback experience"
