So many of these groups, Headpatter, NAN0, CRUCIBLE, are just unhealthily obsessed with getting their beloved spot seadix that they fuck up the most basic QC. I would avoid these groups if I were you.

Ah, memories…

This was my very first encode, and you can tell right away from the codec used and the poor quality through the thumbnails, that it wasn’t great.
It’s nice to look back and see how much I’ve grown since then, and how much better I’ve gotten since I've stopped trying to do bitstarved encodes lol.

It’s something all of us encoding folks should do : look back at the path we’ve taken, evaluate it, and appreciate the progress we’ve made.

Thanks for the heads-up, but even if you're right, I'd rather wait for the BD version to come out before re-encoding this movie.

Just a heads up but AMZN has a tint so I would suggest using GPLAY (which has dirty lines I think) or downscaling from SDR MA (I don't think it has been posted to nyaa yet, but it's available on multiple private trackers and usenet indexers) or downscaling from SDR iT, since I reckon you're not interested in bothering with tone-mapping.
