Unfortunately S00* naming convention doesn't map cleanly to AniDB, and I don't know of any reliable way to deal with them. As such, I'd expect most such entries to be labelled incorrectly and I'm not that interested in fixing them.

If you're not getting responses past line 11, I'm not sure what your issue is exactly. It looks like packets are being dropped by an intermediary (somewhere in France?).
The last line points to Scaleway and running a traceroute from there seems to route fine.
You might have no other choice but to use a VPN/proxy.
