It looks like the source video file has glitching right at the start for the tree line drop down. Causes pixels to shift upward. Only copy I found that looks good is DKB that doesn't have the issue. Erai-Raws and SubsPlus+ look to have the issue present.

If you look at the torrent listing on Nyaa, there's a folder named '.pad', so yes, those files are present.

Note that Bittorrent V2 requires padding files, and whilst these do seem to follow the BEP 47 spec, I don't see any other BTv2 metadata fields.
