There are few/no "right" answers in fansub. Some people are concerned about file size for various reasons, such as metered service. Some aren't. Some need certain features for playback, such as to use set-top boxes. Others can more easily adapt to different formats and subtitles.

Coalgirls deserve credit for trying to meet user needs -to some extent- with ordered chapters, back when file size was more important for most people, --and when the base size of Coalgirl's files tended to draw gasps anyways.

You probably know there are two subtitle tracks for this series from Commie:  The default is the German-ish one.  The other is supposed to be normal (they call it "No fun allowed"), but you'll need to switch to it during playback via a subtitles menu in your video player.

Hiryuu, my favorite for this series, plans to release their version about a week late (around 3/26, I guess.  Hard to find fault when a series goes offline for 3 months before the last two episodes are aired.)  And do I recall Horrible had a week late release during the season?  Horrible runs on automatic a lot, so hard to say if they will catch these last two episodes.

An absurd premise (part of the fun of anime), but I've been looking forward to these last two eps.

btw, Commie got a lot of comments about the German stuff.  Many of the comments were negative (and barbed) and some positive.  Their translator for this series is German and the German "flavorings" made it fun for him.  That's my understanding of the situation.  I think it failed to the extent that he overestimated how much German most/many/any non-German speaking people would know.
