Would you be able to explain more?
They do mess up the file name, but the file name inside the .7z archive should not be affected.
After extracting all parts with 7-Zip, you should have a series of .001, .002, .003 etc files, which you then join together to get the original file.

If you get a corrupted AnonFiles download, you should get an error when trying to extract the .7z file.

Do you get a connection drop often at the end of downloads regardless of size?

I haven't tried resuming downloads, but maybe that causes automatic corruption? (it's possible that AnonFiles reports that downloads are resumable, but doesn't actually deliver that ability; I haven't checked, so random guessing here)

How is that half-assing? It requires more time to splice in ncop and nced than to just encode the file as is, and it's not like you can read it so why bother.

You're in luck, John. That is, if Coalgirls used Ordered Chapters, as they usually do.
1. Find an OP and EN you like, if you can (Not everything labelled NCOP really is), or make one from an episode.
2. Substitute in the new OP and EN, changing filenames and id numbers to match things up.

I wish FFF would finish the Idolm@ster BDs. Doki's nowhere to releasing them, and Coalgirls' release is half-assed cause they have the no credits OP/ED instead of the credits versions.

480p isn't 720X480 (dvd 720X480 which is NTSC, actually broadcast NTSC is 720X486). HD is 16:9 which for 480p is 853X480, if that's what you mean.
