I think it's broken like that for everyone.
Unfortunately, it's difficult to really do anything to fix an external stuff up from here.

If you don't want to resume from torrent, and don't want to redownload the whole file from another service, you may be able to salvage things if your downloader supports a 'resume broken download' function. To use it, you would join parts 1 and 2, import it into your downloader and give it the URL to the complete file, and resume the broken download.

I can't even find it in xdcc, so you can consider this to be dead.

Apparently he's planning to wait and release the whole thing at once.  Unfortunately that would be a huge torrent (30GB maybe) that would be automatically by-passed by AT's automation rules.  --AT is more of a current release portal than archival (older) stuff.  If you can use torrents, that would be your most certain way of getting this.  The easiest way to use torrents is to get the Opera web browser.  Everything is built in, no additional downloads to get.  Click on a torrent link, choose "open".  That's it.  For other browsers you'll need to download a bittorrent client and do some configuring.

Torrent downloading does have some issues to be aware of.  Your ISP may track or block them.  There's a site in Russia that logs them and your ip address, just to remind people how public they are.  People using them have even gotten their very own Cease and Desist orders from various publishing companies.  Torrents also raise your status from downloader to distributor.  Whether any of these things are an issue depends on where you live.  At present, Sweden has the toughest laws.

Two files: The small 7z file contains cover art and some fonts that SMC says you may need to install on your machine for the subtitles to display properly.
