well, even for commie, this ep takes about 480MB. so, for me, this size is good enough for UTW.

UTW, Commie and WhatStory are all hi10p, but with slight differences in settings that mostly affects textures and backgrounds.  Commie went for the less detail, smaller file size settings and decided "good enough".  It's up to you to decide if it looks good enough to you, or whether you can even see any differences between these three versions visually.  But the differences between the biggest and the smallest versions is only about 100MB, which is only about a 20% difference.  Not a lot to get worked up over.

That being said, from a brief review I would say Commie's does look good enough.

The big difference between these three however is which script gives you the best story.  One group's version could be funny and insightful while another group's version of the same scenes could be dull or confusing.  Watching a little of each version can often show such differences.

maybe the way it is encoded is wrong? like gg releases always so big in size... mybe it have the same cases here?

I KNOW THAT HATERS ARE GOING TO HATE SO LEMME' SAY THIS NOW:

The release is, technically, an "upscale" because it's higher than the original 480p DVD resolution. Yes. I understand that. What you haters probably don't realize is that when upscales are done correctly, and not really stretched, you can do encoding magics to make it not look like an upscale. Hell, the source at 480p looked pretty bad to begin with. Anyway, hate if you want, we upscaled and encoding magic'd it so it looks fine at 576p. Why that resolution? Because it's the max allowed DVD upscale by Nyaa Torrents.

Anyway, so yeah. Took a bit because TSers kept dying left and right. Encoding took a few days to figure out as well because we did so much with it. Totally not like w0lf was busy setting up a public minecraft server or anything. Nope nope.

The animation of Episode 04 to Episode 07 can be early got more, if software called NNDD is used.
In order to download an animation using this software, account registration (free,no charge) is needed.
Although it is Japanese-made software, there is no so difficult thing.
A file should be able to be obtained, if a search word is inputted after starting NNDD,
it registers with a download list and download is started.

This is Re-encoded by Deadfish & not animetosho. they just get fetch it & create DDL links for people who don't like using torrent. asking to make a smaller version won't do you any good.

I would assume they're using a periodic backup (eg make a copy of the database every day or few days). To minimise loss, they'd have to use a continuous backup solution (or just increase the frequency of their periodic backups).
I wouldn't consider them enterprise level, and in fact, for them, I doubt it's much of a loss anyway - they just miss a few days' worth of submissions is all.

1. In Firefox, idm requires an extension/add-on to be installed in order to function automatically as an integrated part of the browser.  Occasionally, when Firefox updates itself some of these extensions/add-ons are disabled as incompatible until they are upgraded.  I expect something similar is probably true in Chrome.

2. IDM is not free but share-ware.  After 30 days it partially or completely disables itself on some systems is my understanding.  Could that be the problem?  If yes and you don't want to pay, consider jdownloader or FreeDownload Manager.
