I sense irony --I hope.  So here's the story for those curious:

The anime is “Dakara Boku Wa, H Ga Dekinai!”. Now… H can mean a lot of things in this sentence. Yes really or go learn Japanese.

Compare this to Horrible's title: "So, I Can't Play H" (H = Henti or sexual stuff).

So which is better?  I would go with Horrible or the untranslated Japanese.  The "F-word" is considered obscene/vulgur and is not used in common communications in English.  It will tend to mislead people into either seeking or avoiding this series believing it to be hard-core pornography, which
so far, and most likely, it is not.  For precedent, remember "H Gata, B Kai" -the girl who wanted 100 sex partners in order to be popular.  A shocking concept, but she ended up with less than one sex partner by the end of that series.  Similar use of "H".

Horrible and CR are both taken from the same source and, aside from titles, should have identical scripts and video quality, so far as I'm aware.  So go with whichever one you prefer.  The fansub versions (SubDesu, Hadena, Shikkaku, Gotyuu) will add opening and closing lyrics.  Some will be original translations and some may be modified versions of the professional script.  Some will (all should) have higher quality video.

As I read the comments at SubDesu. I believe they're using a share-raw instead of getting a transport stream, for unknown reasons.  Beyond that, there are some broadcast sources in Japan that seem a little "thin" for some reason, regardless of the resolution level.  Don't know why.

For any who wonder, the transport stream is the raw recording of a broadcast in Japan (with proper equipment) from which a fansub can reduce the file size using their own encode parameters meeting their own goals for quality or file size.  A share-raw comes to the fansub already encoded/reduced.

Note: Right now the only fansubs that have released both of the first two episodes are SubDesu and CTSS.  I think both hope to access the same ts, but it was unavailable for ep2 and, so far, ep3.  There is also ohys-subs, which released an mp4 sourced from "Aniplus-Kor".  If anyone releases a hi10p, they found a ts.

Just watched it on a 42in HDTV and it really looked great.

Outstanding image quality for 480P. Down scaling from 1080P blueray worked great.
Audio is a bit soft, something that is shared with the 720P & 1080p versions.
For those with slow connections, I recommend downloading the multi part mf version before it gets zapped.

The watermark suggests the source is not BD-disk media but streamed content, I suppose, with professional subtitles.  I suppose.

I can see BBC's watermark during the ending song.  This is very strange.

Probably Coalguys.  It's the only one I've seen out, and Coalguys made the subs file available for separate download.  The other possibility would be if R1 subs (professional subs for the movie production) were already available.

This is the hot title clogging up the pipes around our corner of the internet.  It will also be coming in a 1.3GB 720p version.

I often download the biggest version of any title, and this is the biggest.

Also, I should have mentioned that fansub mods often try to improve the font selection, timing, and style of the subtitles.

I'll give it a look.  For the record, AnimeTL-Broken, Hasuyuki, and Commie all look to be CR-Mods; that is, each group's own idea of improvements to the CR script.  The un-modified CR would be Horrible's.  The only fansub that lists it's own translator for this show is Doki.

CR, by the way, often gets high marks for it's translations nowdays, by sites that compare different versions, like 8thSin (http://8ths.in/).  Fansub modification of CR sometimes get a lower grade than the un-modified CR script.  The best script mods probably come from the groups with the most interest and affection for a title.  Otherwise, fansub mods add opening and closing song lyrics and any text translations missed by CR such as signs, blackboards, menus, etc.

Broken and Commie always do unmarked hi10p format, Doki marks their hi10p, Hasuyuki offers 8-bit and hi10p versions, and Horrible is 8-bit only.
