If they are both in the same folder, your video software should add the srt subtitle file when you click on an mkv file with exactly the same prefix name.

I suggest watching the same episode by both groups and decide for yourself which you prefer.  Objectively, there is the question of whether one is more thorough than the other in translating everything -signs, menus, songs, etc.  Some speed-subs just do the dialogue and little more.  Then subjectively, see if you think that one group or another makes better sense of the material: the plot, the conversations between people, and the humor.  You don't have to understand Japanese to know if things make sense as presented and whether you were entertained.  If it makes sense, it's probably a good translation of the original, although only those who know both languages can really affirm or comment on that.

Links are being added slowly today for some reason.  Files that have been here long than this one have yet to get any links yet either, but it seems everything does eventually.  Perhaps some May 1 Workers Strike has slowed things down?  Anyways, check back in a while.  I haven't found any file that didn't get links eventually, so far.

The storyline for the movies doesn't really follow the anime series so you can watch the movie without watching the tv series. As for if it's worth watching, I have no idea since I haven't watch it yet.

i trust you guys opinions on stuff so...is this worth watching or do i have to watching naruto episodes to catch up on the storyline.

As best I can figure out, this v2 is for refinements and some different translation decisions, not major mistakes.

Ep10 is the last one they released,  on 4/7.  The rest of the series is listed as "Delayed" with no estimated time until the next episode is ready and no reasons given.  If you don't want to wait, click on the Papa no link at the very top of this page to see what other versions of ep11 and 12 are still available.

All Commie's releases are 720p, hi10P.  Unless otherwise noted.  If Hi10P doesn't suit you, NemDigger's often does an 8-bit mp4 of Commie's releases.

1. Horrible: "All shows ripped from FUNimation are hardsubbed and ONLY released in 360p."  This is one of those.  I don't see any HS releases except in 360p for this title.
2. Yibis: Good but slow sometimes.  A lot of folk get one of the quick versions then archive Yibis when it comes out.
3. Absent Others: A lot of groups have come and gone.  There is an endurance factor involved when there are more than 500 episodes.  At one episode per week and 52 weeks in a year, that 10 years of fansubbing.  A lot of marriages don't last that long.  Also, FUNimation hassles groups when they are able.  

Be happy and support those who do what they do so you can have some unique fun.
