Probably not.  Last week a group called "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) said they re-timed Horrible's subs and substituted the uncensored AT-X version a few days later.  In the past, a censored version comes out first, then a less censored version is broadcast a few days later on the AT-X channel.  A completely uncensored version might be reserved for BD release later on.  Watch for the NSFW version in a few days, if you want...er...whatever it is you want.

Well, this is Naruto SD EP03...don't be misleaded.

A new, unique offering in 8-bit.  As I read the credits, one person creates a Spanish translation from the Japanese, then another person creates an English translation from the Spanish translation.  It seemed to work ok generally, but haven't compared it to the CMS version.

Could there be a person who speaks Japanese and Spanish but not English?  I don't know why I would be surprised.  How insular and small (and comfortable and advantaged) my world...

This was listed under /software/games on Nyaa as a game demo recently translated into English by some Russians. (!!)

It was incorrectly labelled under Anime on TT, hence it popped up here.

For any interested, remember that executable files, which this presumably becomes after being joined and uncompressed (*.exe) can be very dangerous, whereas media files (*.mkv, *.avi, *.mp4, etc.) are not (except flash files, if you count those as media).  At least, I can't think of any incidents involving media files, except flash or shockwave.
