DOMO is a sub-group of ARR -Anonymous Russian Rippers.  This is a group reputed to be less of a fansub hobby and more of a pay-for-play idea.  According to AniDB, since 2008 DOMO has undertaken 12 series and completed none, although they have gotten as far as half-way on a few.  According to AniDB, there are no other fansubs of this series.

Interesting theory about filesize as the reason.  Interesting theory that Nyaa does things for logical reasons.  I think they were more concerned about confusion between upscales and actual new BD releases in some moderator comments, but I don't think they ever give a official reason for their upscale policy.

Arguably the 10-bit upscaling is for lower filesizes. I'd guess that resolution upscales, on the other hand, increase filesizes without a proportional increase in quality (thus the policy), but as you said, let the user be the judge of that.
Meh, there's a number of Blu-rays out there which are really nothing more than a DVD upscale.

This is from some enthusiasts in or around Turkey, I believe.  I think it is an upscale of the R2 release of Sailor Moon, meaning the studio remastered a new dvd at 480p which this encode upscales to 720p, along with some color enhancements the group prefers.  You can decide for yourself if you like it.

Nyaa gave this group a ton of grief the last time they submitted it, due, Nyaa said, to a policy against upscales.  But I suppose hi10P is an upscale of color, so maybe things have changed.

The funny thing about porn is you can't unwatch it.  Be careful what you let color your imagination and how you let yourself think about women.  At the least, look for stuff where both parties are eager and willing; Not where you are the animal and they are a "thing".

Most portals find it necessary and desirable to create separate locations for henti versus anime.  Is this the beginning of a bold experiment to find out why?

Thanks for the notice (hopefully the auto link checker picks up the dead links).

Raws are generally big, is probably the main reason I'm avoiding them (means more splitting and longer download/upload times). I think some others have asked for it, so I may take it into consideration, though only if I get a decent server to process it.
