For starters, the description mentions the changes, I quote
"Batch note: Untouched encodes, added missing subtitles when available, added missing chapters, higher quality audio sourced from AMZN"

As for the reduction in filesize, it's entirely due to the fonts. Arialuni alone is responsible for 20MB in most episodes in the individual releases. I subsetted the fonts to keep only the characters that are useful to display the subtitles correctly, netting a massive size reduction at no compromise.

Could be hardware problems but then again, you said the first season works perfectly fine. I don't think it's software-related problems either. It's hard to pinpoint where it might go wrong but you can always try playing the files on your phone, fresh OS installation is also an option, make sure to back up first. hope it helps.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has insight to my problem.  I downloaded the first season of this show, and it worked perfectly fine, but for some reason, none of the files for this download season will work.  vlc or any other video player will not play them.  Ive had this problem for other shows as well.  Nvidia drivers are updated, had this problem before the new windows 10 install, and still having same problem.

Actually, it's more like 0% perfect. This shit is riddled with so many mistakes, like names having numerous different spellings throughout the show, and lots of hallucinated mistranslations

The encodes from this S02 batch are the same from the weekly releases. Those typically come out 45 minutes after the source is made available on nyaa, and when accounting for download, upload and muxing time, the actual encode time is around 30 min.

My BD encodes usually take closer to 1h-2h though.

Yes, I use my own PC, and my encode settings are written in the files mediainfo (you can check it right above for this release).

ARR subs are 100x worse without mentioning the flaws (bad Timestamps, blank lines of dialogue, and bad grammar)
