You don't need to upload anything to "an own server" for make an NZB - after downloading the torrent, use a Usenet uploader to post the files to a Usenet provider. If you do this, feel free to share a copy of the NZB if you wish to help others.

If you want to actually be useful, try uploading to something that doesn't get deleted after a few days. Maybe a MEGA or Google Drive link. Uploading to Gofile or Buzzheavier just wastes YOUR time since you're wasting your bandwidth uploading it, as by the time people actually come across it months or years later, they click the link and just get a 404.
