There could issues with this if people use auto grabbers like sonarr to prioritize dual audio release since that would then parse the file itself as being dual audio based on the naming

Work on SubsPlease and Erai is not more extensive, let alone much more. All they do is pirate streams from VOD services (CR, NF, AMZN,...) and upload them. SubsPlease does restyle the subs, but that's the length of their "efforts". My weekly releases may be automated, care is put into each first episode to determine a filterchain and encoding settings that fit that particular show throughout. Even the best (read least bad) mini HEVC releaser doesn't do that anymore. You too shouldn't talk when you don't know a thing about the subjects.
