Can you add amagami ss+ 2 (chihiro) and several bunch from Kanjouteki (Area no Kishi, Nisemonogatari, and Mouretsu Pirates)? It's missing due to change in tokyotosho (I guess)

Please learn to read.

PS: No hard feelings. Just that similar comments are rather irritating.

I did, and I know if something changed in TT, then it might affect here. Though I made a mistake I must admit (I thought Toriko - the latest addition here - was in TT AFTER the change in TT ocurred (my eyes saw the TT page number wrongly), thus I wrongly thought AT already continued BUT skipped those I mentioned). Sorry. And beside I'm more into asking a few specific episodes manually added rather than asking admin to update this site.
No hard feelings either, for this is just a clarification. (I'm not a nagging-too-much anon)

Whoa. The conversation above is a first, I never thought I'd read something like this here in AT. :(
Something that's quite all over the internet. And here I thought AT is a safe haven.

Still thinking about that forum-like section, admin? lol~

We are docile when fed, cannibalistic possibilities exist otherwise.

Nah, nah, do you guys think it's a debate? Nope, as I was just explaining my first comment. As I said, I thought AT MISSED some torrents (which I wanted do dl) and since I'm now pretty much depending anime ddl from here, I thought I might "ask". No nagging, flame, or etc. And of couse I'm aware that the admin can't monitor his site 24/7 (as I'm also NOT impatient). Thanks admin, for making things work again pretty fast ^^. Period.

No worries. We make mistakes all the time :)
Yeah, should be operational now. Problem with relying on external sites is basically this unfortunately.

If your captcha is in response to having a bot hit then you'll probably need something better one next time they come around, a strong ounce of prevention beats a pound of deleting posts.  Recaptca and something else to prevent automatic parsing of html is usually good, random form names helps ect...  I haven't analyzed your html but unless it is some type of subterfuge it probably isn't good to have your md5 key and salt publicly visible.

$id('newcomment_captcha').md5key="xxxx";
$id('newcomment_captcha').md5salt="xxx";

Best Wishes

Thanks for the tip.
No, it's not in response to a bot hit, it's just there to discourage one. Yeah, it's pretty weak, but on the other hand, it's generally easy to read, compared to something like reCaptcha.
Otherwise parsing of HTML is a trivial task (I know because I do it) and random names don't really help much.

The MD5 verification is to allow client-side Javascript to verify the captcha without having to send a check to the server, so it obviously needs to be visible to everyone. It does slightly weaken the captcha to make things more convenient, but at the moment, it seems to be fine. A bot which does no form of OCR would need to brute force through around 100 billion MD5 rounds on average to solve the captcha, which, with today's computing power, isn't terribly fast. A bot which can do OCR obviously reduces the number of rounds significantly, but I wouldn't be surprised with a bot that has a high chance of OCRing the whole thing anyway, so not much of an issue IMO.

Ultimately, spamming is mostly a high volume low success game, and I doubt any spammer would go to the effort of building a module specifically for this custom script here.

Thanks.

As of today, MU has been shut down by the FBI for violating piracy laws. I don't know if it'll come back or not, but for now you might want to disable MU uploading.  ._.

That sucks...
Thanks for the heads up.

Nyahaha! #FelineYogi@irc.rizon.net
MU has been the only effective way to get older, harder to find files on this site.  Shutting it down is a great loss.

Megaupload is now gone. What about the other sites? Are they facing similar issues? Or impending danger of shutting down as well?. Damn this suck.

Ralph ,thats a load of crap.Megauploads servers have been seized and there will be no new MU ,maybe some cheap imitation that wants peoples money. But not by the guys behind MU who are going to be charged with fraud and face years in jail if (or when) there charged.Also thanks for this site Admin ,after loosing the account which i just renewed on MU i am relying on free download hosts till i decide whether to get an account from another site and its been a big help.

@Admin: Do you know how long it takes for you to usually upload a 150 MB or 175 MB file to MediaFire?

I'm not being impatient or anything, just curious about the whole uploading process...
21/01/2012 22:47 — admin
From memory, if there's no delays, errors or queuing (and ignoring Mediafire's verification time), directly sending data to Mediafire is around 200KB/s, so around 13-15 minutes.
Of course, actual times will almost always be longer than that.

Thanks admin :), that's all I needed to know :D!

Our squiggly text game where the aim is to copy the image into the textbox. All characters are upper case, and there are no zeros (0) and ones (1) in the above image. Apparently bots aren't as good as humans at this game.
