Hi

Does anyone know or have problem with open.nyaatorrents.info:6544?
All my torrents with that tracker keep getting Connection timed out since morning, and usually most of the time. Sometime the torrent has to be updated couple of times before it'd be running.

I see what you mean. It's like search looks at a snapshot of the database from a few days ago.

I tried Deadfish and Commie: They both have releases today (17/03) and yesterday (16/03), but the search only produces 15/03 and earlier refs.

Interesting. It'll probably get fixed someday.

Does anybody know what's going on with the solidfiles links?

When I'm trying to use them, I'm getting a 502 bad gateway error.

It could only be a temporary thing, but I would appreciate it if someone knows & could tell me what's happening?

I'm just lurking around being bored, and particularly dislike with people messing around with religion, especially the one that I am currently holding. Whatnot with the incident of ISIS that smeared bad name for Muslim worldwide, it's tiring enough to see a troll like that hanging around here as well.

If I may ask, would you be willing to be a bit more open minded?
Ultimately, trolls want your attention, and the fact that you're giving it actually bodes well for them. You can't take down every troll on the internet, even if you don't know they're out there. For your benefit, I think it'd be smarter just to ignore it.

I understand that external factors may be giving your beliefs a bad name, and I know how hard it can be, but I'd argue that that is mostly a human failing of inappropriate association. Consider those who do so to be just misunderstanding the reality of things. Unfortunately we don't have control over these external matters, and I'd prefer to ignore them here.

Thanks for providing your thoughts, and hopefully this comment is useful.

Yes, giving ignorance is better, though it can be hard to accept the fact that they are everyone. At least I don't go around joining or mocking their parade. Sometimes you must fight them or else they grew. Taking action is better in many cases but of course, it is not really important here since there aren't many people. I've just wanted to stop the fire before it spread. And thanks for your input as well. I'm assured that you wouldn't be seeing me again trying to report and I do meant this in a good way. Unlike troll, I believed we both has life to be dedicated to.

Violence is the only thing a Muslim knows, you must "fight" me over a comment and piss and whine to admins to get it removed, even though i was helping someone with links. I mean these days you can't even draw a silly little cartoon without being murdered for it. I wouldn't mind if my religion (Wicca) was mocked, it is all the time and it's all in a bit of fun anyway, so go for it if you like. As many comedians have said, either everything is OK to mock or nothing is.

Oh, so all I know is to kill, rob and steal, including the rest of my family and relatives are deemed as savages too, nothing less than worthless and devoid of values? Even if there are numerous Muslim out there that acted too violently covering themselves as Muslim fighter like ISIS, which is already considered as a bunch of profligates that didn't even bothered following the actual method that our religion has taught (most member are not probably Muslim any way), judging the entirety of people uniting under the same "flag" as violent just because one of the member has gone rouge is nonetheless, indescribable. This is 2015, not 1905. I guess humanity hasn't changed that much, hence why we always fought against one another because there's always going to be people out there that think making a joke out of everything can be acceptable. Even if people kept downplaying your own religion, it doesn't mean that others that you don't know would tolerate it. It's a deep seated, childish black comedy. And oh, helping with a link is fine, except that pitiful and wasteful mockery that you used while giving a link away is not helpful at any way.

Wouldn't linger around in here to indulge in this conversation again, that's for sure.

hi! this site rocks, me and some friend have been using it for a season already and there's almost no reason to use anything else, just a few questions though: do you plan on releasing a public "framework" of your automated grabber and page/screenshots generator? I'm a beginner in web dev but I think this project is very useful for both functionality and potential educational purposes, I know this is very dear to you, I would never ask to give away the mirrors uploading script you made (I can imagine it wasn't easy, considering all the different hosts and the anti-bot protections they use), it's just a question I wanted to ask for a while now. Stay based, AT! the way I like you.. =)

The script behind the updates isn't particularly useful to anyone else, and really isn't designed to be publicly releasable.
Grabbing updates is fairly easy with RSS (plenty of parsers out there) and screenshots are just generated with mplayer.
There are upload scripts out there, like plowshare.

I don't use most of the above, a lot of stuff here is custom, for various reasons.
It's not particularly hard to make a script that just uploads stuff and dumps screenshots. A lot of complexity in the script is dealing with cases when things don't work, various heuristics, as well as optimisations as it's designed to run on a cheap low power server (so not really good for beginners either).
Overall, it's quite beginner unfriendly. You're better off trying to piece existing scripts together which do something similar, in my opinion.

I don't upload to hosts that have these. Not worth the effort.
