It's most likely a bot. Type the phrase on google and you'll find that it's a spammed message.

The value of comments to AT is mostly site operations, correcting errors, adds, and such.  So purging all comments every 48 hours seems like a plan.  Trolls can refill it every 48 hours for the rest of their lives if they want as long as it uses up lots of their time to do it.

Too bad if it has to be this way, but I'd hate for admin to have to waste much time on this.

It's actually oddly satisfying to destroy something someone spent ~20 minutes doing, in a matter of seconds.
Even better, they'll jump through any hoop you present them with. I just have to manage the difficulty such that they don't get scared away too quickly.

Am i correct in that it is https://animetosho.org/series/10963 ? May you'll get another version. Probably nothing as ddl anymore but some at least still have seeds. At least you'll also have the chance to get a better version ... 300mb for a 2h10 film is a bit off imo.

Ah, okay, there was still a special I did not find. A search on "Special: Eien no Rival" did not reveal anything to dl either. I do doubt no one has it anymore but probably special closed sources needed.
