Adapted from the ancient Chinese novel "Journey to the West", this lively animated film depicts one of the most popular of the Monkey King stories. The Monkey King fights with the Princess Iron Fan at Fire Mountain and wins the battle. The Monkey King, Bajie (a pig), and Sha Heshang (a Buddhist monk) then accompany another Buddhist monk, Xuan Zang, and continue their journey to the West.
