Votoms Finder will center around Aki Tesuno, a guard for scrap salvagers and a pilot of a robotic mecha called an At or Altro (as opposed to VOTOMS' trademark Armored Trooper mecha).

Note: This OVA received a special screening as part of the Votoms Festival in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Wald 9 film theatre and Yokohama, Kanagawa, Burg 13 film theatre on Saturday, December 4, 2010. The DVD/Blu-Ray release was on March 25, 2011.
