A v3?  This is getting kind of fun.  v1 was chipmunk playback mode, v2 wasn't 720p and was deleted by Nyaa for some reason.  So what will it be this time?

The resolution reported in the header remains 720 x 400 which is 400p, not 720p as the file name claims.  I guess the author doesn't know that this 720 refers to width in columns, not lines of resolution.
