Just to check, the way it's set up on "Temporary Storage" the files can't be queued up in a download manager or gathered by jdownloader.  Or am I missing a trick?  Instead, all 746 files have to be manually downloaded a few at a time?

It should be possible to grab all the links on a page and put it into a download manager, I'd think, though you may need to manually do that for each folder?
I'm not sure how download managers support sub-directory traversal, so may need to investigate.

ZIPing won't be supported though.

Using FreeDownloadManager whether selecting one or many files within the S1 folder creates the error: "Path Not Found" for all files.  At the same time, using the browser download for a single file works.  And Jdownloader2 finds nothing to grab.

How about zipping together all the files per folder as a default for this storage?  Then you would have whatever benefits of this way of downloading but it would be much easier to use.
