The same material has been posted in the past and corectly criticized for bad video quality, i.e. a badly encoded 720 raw, resized to 1080. This is visible from the lack of sharpness and unnatural colors. Reposting such inferior material is proof of lack of respect towards Nyaa and the downloaders.

Cman is generally a decent encoder, It was likely criticized because it's a Funimation upscale and there's normally not much quality gain over 720p, thus the 1080p is not worth it.
