You do have a good point, and am happy to answer you - it's more that I have to draw the line somewhere. The idea is that batches may just be an aggregation of files already released in the past, hence why movies are favoured somewhat.

The server is under-provisioned, which allows me to manually push requests through. I have been thinking of upping the limit, but I have to be careful that surges, abuse etc doesn't bring things down too much.
