I got it yesterday and it wasnt dubbed only subbed so for everyone saying its dubbed you are wrong its subbed and cr doesnt dub most things

You must have grabbed the one Golumpa had deleted, this is the correct Eng dub release.
You are right that CR doesn't Eng dub a lot of shows but this is one they do.

I downloaded this to see what all the hubbub is about and it is english dubbed. The ones saying it is japanese with subs have no clue what they are talking about or are trying to get people to download someone else's release.
