File probably corrupted, CRC should be 8545D0E4.

CRC was the same. I just manually ripped the file from CR instead.

An alternate explanation of this brief minor effect is stream/source corruption prior to encoding.  We are at the peak of an 11 year sunspot cycle.

-15,000 downloads at Nyaa, no complaints
-Horrible won't fix it if it's minor like this and/or glitched at the source before it came to him

If you checked the file more then once, and it keeps happening at the same spot then it's corrupt. Sometimes when your HD and or CPU are very busy the samething can occur but the file will be ok. In fact because I have a cheap system I can not watch 1080p high quality if something else is running, including a web browser window... I'll be watching this later and let you know if I get the same issue.

Yep same spot. The good thing it's very short, one tiny shot.

There have been cases where HS rips have glitches at some points but I don't really care cause I'm not archiving them anyway. :D
