Rapidshare link is not dead, Rapidshare now have a daily traffic limit on uploaders accounts 1GB Free, 30Gb Premium.

In other words if Anime Tosho is uploading to a free account only 3/4 files can be downloaded by it's users a day (until the 1GB is used up). Then the message "File owner's public traffic exhausted." is displayed.
