To be precise, this is pseudo-60 fps.

You can watch it in pseudo-60 fps using SVP

I've been watching it using mpc-be, and codecs from k-lite.

Just be aware that:
- because it's not real 60 fps, some images/scenes seem distorted.
- after several time exposure, I think you just can't go back to 24 fps (Like I did, the normal 24 fps seems stuttering while in pseudo-60 fps is really smooth).
- using high cpu and memory, the usual anime is played about 250mb using mpc-be and madvr+reclock, if using svp+madvr, it will use about 600+ mb when played in my rigs.
- because of careful typesetting (usually in slow sign movement and not a hardsubbed) timed in 24 fps video, the sign will be seemed unstable and look `trembling` when watching it in pseudo-60 fps.

To simply put it, you got some distorted scenes/images in exchanges of really smooth watching experience.
So test it and judge for yourselves whether you're into pseudo-60fps or just a usual 24fps.

Oh, you don't have to install whole SVP package, the core is enough, just don't forget to install avisynth.

Oh, this is not actually my release. I'm just adding the information in case someone wondering whether he/she needs to download it or not.
In my case, I've been watching using SVP so I don't have to the download the encoded pseudo-60fps video.

It looks like they've released new versions of eps 1 - 4, and the new ep 4 is much bigger. Changed the names to English as well.

It really is a pseudo to me. I personally prefer the 24fps version. There are to many things going on to get to 60fps for my taste (I would have like to see a 48 fps version). Also might be better to leave it at 720p for viewing and not go fullscreen if you are watching on a 1080p display. But of course all this is just my opinion and other opinions may very.

I've seen real footage shot at 60fps and it's totally smooooooth, almost life like. I used the same playback app (vlc) to watch this test. I watched a bit of episode 1 first version without subs (subs not included) and a bit of episode 4 first version with subs for my viewing comparison.
