Why is it impossible to find good English subtitle, the ones that actually subtitle the English dub, The "FUNI" version is the only one that subtitle the English dub but it's still not out after 2 days... anyone know why ?

We call those Closed Captions or Dubtitles, and very few people bother with them when it comes to anime.

I do bother
See, I'm french, still learning English, still struggling to understands it spoken when there is strong accent or music in the background of a scene, so I use English subtitles that subtitle the exact dialogues, so if I don't hear a word, or the character have a strong accent I don't understand, I can read it by just looking down at the subtitles.
For Dr stone, those subtitles only exist with FUNI release, but those are also HI ( impaired hearing ) subtitles, with all the names, the noise and onomatopoeia subtitled, I hate that... the less subtitles there is on screen the better, so I'm using the FUNI subtitle, then remove all the hearing impaired parts to only keep the dialogues, and since this season, I share them on subscene, and seeing the amount of downloads, a lot of people like those subtitle and are probably waiting for my version of episode 22...
