There was an issue with NNTP uploads (mentioned in an above comment) which has now been fixed, so that should appear now. Sorry for the delay.

Yes, it looks like the news provider randomly disabled posting on the account, although it still says enabled in the account control panel. Support is being a bit of a pain to deal with, but I managed to just sign up to another service.

Thanks for pointing that out. The hack for the broken x264 4:4:4 encodes is still in place, which seems to break these newer encodes.
Unfortunately, this doesn't look like an easy fix - I'll need to be able to selectively enable the hack based on the x264 core version it seems.
