That particular specification feels a bit outdated
RSS2 is indeed old. Atom is the newer replacement, and is what should be supported.

Speaking of Sonarr, did you ever consider a search API?
I'm looking to make improvements to feeds, and may get around to a search API. Depends mostly on effort and time.

So far Horrible's number of downloads on the new "nyaa".si is about 1/10th of what it was on the old nyaa.

(heh heh heh, pardon my glee but their numbers used to annoy some people.)

If it gets back to 50%, new nyaa is a success and worth re-integrating.

(Heybot 720p: 87 downloads... heh heh heh on Heybot.)

Nyaa trusted and favourite stuff was just a load of crap; highlighting releases from their own staffs. It wasn't the best version, just THEIR version.
And sadly people fell for it and ended up watching that crap when they could've watched a better version.

A+ is for Diaz fanclub.

>random people reuploading stuff which may or may not be altered

AT isn't using any new nyaa mirror sites currently.

The trusted/A+ category is pretty much useless now since nyaa's died.
The admin is grabbing directly from horriblesubs feed so it's the real deal from them.
If that's not enough then this should do?

But hey maybe the admin will find a way.

Not like the new Nyaas don't have those flags. Also Admin-sama could verify for example that Horriblesubs releases were uploaded by the Horriblesubs account to the torrent tracker for example.

Maybe I never saw the bug since my other feeds grabbed the stuff I wanted..

That particular specification feels a bit outdated.. Back when only bank websites had https.
Also isn't it just redundant when there is no way to download the file via http anyway?

Anyway, Sonarrs problem isn't the https thing, its probably the 301 thing. Will send this along to Sonarr.

Speaking of Sonarr, did you ever consider a search API? Now that nyaa is down we need one more than ever.

I do not believe the admin is shutting down.
If that was the case I believe admin would've said so.

which is wrecking a havoc right now
Thanks for bringing it to attention, although we're not vulnerable to it as we don't run Windows.

Is this a new error?
Unfortunately, the RSS2 specifications don't allow HTTPS referenced enclosures (or rather, requires a HTTP reference, but mentions nothing about whether the resource has to exist at the exact location specified by the URL).
Perhaps give the Atom feed a try?

If your theory is correct, then it may be the case that Sonarr isn't following redirects, which may be something they should support?

We all know they are only trying to become the main nyaa so they can get those juicy ads for $$$ and HS has large userbase to bring there and, you can bet that they will be splitting the profits.

I'm using Sonarr and the RSS feed together, just had a weird error.

https://pastebin.com/raw/X38KyZHh (expiring pastebin warning)

My hot take is that the problem was caused by the rss linking http links to torrents and those redirect to https, I almost posted a comment about torrent downloads using https but skipped it when i saw it redirect to https. Maybe if the rss linked them to https from the start?

I don't know if this is Sonarr or the site being weird but posting just in case.

Good to see you here.
What about lowering CRF of 720p, HEVC encodes to about 20? CRF=25/24 is a bit too high even for HEVC.

Search for it, the shinobu version should be up.
I also tried the yellow color scheme: http://imgur.com/gdjt3YB
Not that great but workable. Now how about that pick :D

Just to let you know:

"Recent events are changing the topography of the threat model and attack methodologies across the board and at record speeds – to say that the impact of the past few weeks in information security news has been small would be a complete understatement.

The Shadow Brokers releasing full-blown government hack frameworks, VAULT 7 releases, and other nefarious deeds, have elevated even the lowliest of script kiddies into valid threats to enterprise-level businesses.

If you do not believe this, please place your head back in the sand. Record numbers of breaches of entire networks and payment systems are becoming more the de-facto computer event to investigate instead of small-scale user-based infections that used to plague businesses.

It is time to up your game plan to the real world: an ongoing battle against malicious actors targeting you, your business, your home, your electronics and potentially every communication device that you own that is capable of networking.

When Windows 2008 R2 systems can be fully compromised in less than 120 seconds, it is time to get serious, fast."

I'll give it a try. Yellow instead of the red but I dunno if the links will look as well and that's kinda out of my reach right now.
Find me a pick you like that has height=2Xwidth.
Edit:
Or I could do the one admin linked to in his comment. Looks kinda like this: http://imgur.com/I77aOXI
It matches the Kanbaru color scheme so I could create an user style pretty fast.

Damn, this is pretty easy IMO. My work: https://userstyles.org/styles/142579/suruga  .
A pretty noobish and gross ripoff but hey, it works and keeps it touch with Surugas' BL books.
It's submitted to userstyles so you can just "Search styles for this site".
You can just modify this style anon.

Admin-sama can we please get something like the "trusted" "A+" and "re encode" flags back? It was nice to know what releases were from the correct group instead of random people reuploading stuff which may or may not be altered.
