There have been problems with uploading screenshots unfortunately (they're all hosted externally). I've somewhat fixed it up, so new entries should have full size images (most of the time). I'll see what I can do about the entries that don't have them.
As above commenter mentioned, unfortunately we don't have good information on groups (I've found it difficult to obtain this reliably). One workaround to add a 'not' word, i.e. search for "Orphan -Gundam", though it's somewhat unwieldy. Hope it helps at least.
Not only in the past but also nowadays Japan produces many shows (TV series, movies, ...) that a large number of them are just great. It's not like that all the west-produced shows are great and critically praised.
After years of being a Netizen and seeking good movies, this is the first time I've encountered such an absurd comment (that Japanese can't act well). Saying, in general, that people of a country can't act (be it Japan, Korea, India, Iran, Poland, Germany, France, USA or anywhere else) is just ludicrous. There are good actor and not-that-good actors everywhere in this world.
Some Japanese movies present such original and amazing subjects (needless to say, accompanied by praiseworthy performances) that make you just praise them.
Probably not, as there is no field on the AT page for it. Maybe you can get closer using both keyword search plus the Nyaa filter, if the group you're looking for does or does not do remakes, or is or is not trusted. If you gave the specific group name you want to track someone might have other specific suggestions.
How much are you willing to pay? i have terrible roadworks outside my home at the moment, it's causing quite a lot of traffic. I'll gladly sell it to you.
Is there anyway to pull up just a single groups work on here? i used to just type there name in search, but there's more and more crappy Gundam clogging up all the results because the name is in it's title.
What's up with the screenshot being in a really low resolution? I can't automatically get a bigger picture when I tried clicking the screenshot, and selecting the view image option upon pushing right click on the appropriate target would only lead to a picture with a resolution worser than 360p?
Yeah, but only amongst critic or hardcore movie goers it seemed. Almost everywhere I go on the net, people always associated Japanese with bad acting even though that great classic like the 1950s something 7 Samurai existed, including their horror movies that is usually revered no matter in what age, Battle Royale, live action Rurouni Kenshin, e.t.c e.t.c..Even Korea has more huge fans for its movie and shows but then again that nation promoted their material so much through advertisements while Japan remained reclusive.
Which is a major belief amongst so many people on the net when that's not the case at all. Their work with the exception of anime received little to no exposure online, and it's also a major assumption to made saying that the Japanese can't act when they got so many shows out there that isn't anime related. I'm just assuming you are one of the ignorant.
I don't believe anything has actually changed on this end. Either your IP got removed from the blacklists or you got a new IP from the ISP, perhaps? Spamhaus are somewhat of a pain in their own way though... Are you able to check with your ISP to see if they're willing to get their IPs off the blacklist?
1. You're commenting on a note more than 1 month old? 2. Do you have any idea what "meh" means? 3. And how about you knock off your carbon-copy notes everywhere. 4. "No one has forced u to comment in the first place" either, whatever that's supposed to mean.
Thanks for reply. It should be the mentioned batch if possible because the files have good quality and acceptable size (files aren't that big). If there's another batch with size of around 200MB/ep, that's OK too. And the preferred download method is DDL not torrent.
The mirror site is currently down, so that's the reason it won't work for you.
Otherwise, are you able to ping animetosho.org? (Start -> Run -> cmd -> ping animetosho.org) If it shows something like Request timed out. then you're not able to route to the site for some reason. If this is indeed the case, in the command prompt, type tracert animetosho.org and hit Enter. Wait for the command to finish, then copy the output and post it here. The output should contain a bunch of numbered lines (1, 2, 3, 4 etc). I recommend deleting the first ~4 lines before posting if you value your privacy.
Just kidding - storage.animetosho.org (hosts screenshots, attachments and torrent links) is down (still waiting for host to respond), you might be confusing it with something else.
This happens sometimes. Admin advised several times to wait and retry. It's also my experience that it will surely work again... (currently working for me)
Hey guys I'm having this problem again except this time not even the mirror site is working and I can't seem to be able to access animetosho(or mirror) from Tor Browser as well --strange. (Currently posting using VPN) [Browser: G-chrome v54]
Thanks for the notification! Somewhat a shame that this has resulted. It seems like I've got a few months before I have to do something about it though.
