Umm why Chihiro and Coalgirls Blu-rays have FLAC then the OP and ED were not in the episode and only works in MPC-HC by its linking system, it's just sucks it's hard to hardsub it :/

Ah, now I see what you were interested in.  As to why:
1. Flac: Uncertain in early days if flac made a quality difference.  Some people still unsure, and are now using flac instead of mp3 for HD music.

2. Ordered chapters: Originally to save bandwidth.  Here's an old reference which might (or might not) have some additional info you can use.  I suppose you could batch script it in mkvmerge:

Assuming, you're on Windows, if you have the Haali splitter set up to handle MKV, ordered chapters may get handled transparently if your transcoder decodes via DirectShow. Am unsure if any other MKV splitter supports ordered chapters.

As a bonus, decoding via DirectShow allows subtitles to be rendered automatically via VSFilter.

Just through if your interested in used parts. That where I builtin my PC.

MY personal thoughts : Better to buy used too of the line high end parts than "brand new" mid range garbage (gtx 1060=garbage) (gtx 970 or gtx 980 = high end is high end)

Its like : I'll rather buy a 5 year old Mybach 57s than a brand new clk.

Not quite how hard drives work, but you do never really know the state of a used drive, and sellers don't seem to ever post SMART info.
Drives tend to have a higher failure rate than any other system component, where warranty is somewhat worthwhile, so I'd be less willing to buy a second hand drive than a second hand processor.

Though, compared to storing on free online accounts, it may not be a bad alternative.

MY new WD blue started having problems after 7 years while the one from Toshiba started within 2 years. But they are still running, some sectors being corrupted. Only time I had a HDD go completely dead, was from the shock from falling down. So no.

I bught 2 1TB WD Blacks and tested in the sellers home. Njuškalo.hr is not ebay or some garbage. All the components that are sold as "used in top state" are really in great state.

Because all the people that sell their stuff on njuškalo MUST give there entire ID card scan/number, all personal info and adress, and njuškalo has a direct link to the police.

So if someone should sell a broken component as funkciong, njuškalo immediatelly contacts the police and the raise a lawsuit that will result in at least a 5000 kn fine or a mouth in prison.

So the used hard disks here http://www.njuskalo.hr/hdd-diskovi are 100% fine. If some are broken then its under "damaged/not working" category.

Well, It's not like everybody here lives in Croatia. So your suggestion is valid just for Croatians.
And with just about $80, everyone around the world can buy a brand new 2TB WD My Passport or 2TB Seagate Backup Plus Slim for around $70. And don't forget about Toshiba OCZ HDD/SSDs that are more reliable than even WD's.
The only feature that differentiate WD portable HDDs from others is its hardware encryption capability.

TWGOK is quite unique.
Perhaps Bakemonogatari where MC help solving paranormal troubles of some girls.
Perhaps Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara where MC can see flags (as in galge/VN flags).
Perhaps Steins;Gate for involving time travel and saving girls.

Black bullet is just some subpar LN adaptation, nothing close to TWGOK.

TWGOK is one of my favourite anime shows. It's just great (all seasons I, II, III and OVAs). Don't forget to watch them all.

Gin no Saji (S01 & 02), Ore Monogatari!!, AnoHana, Love Lab, Isshuukan Friends, Barakamon, Momokuri, Watashi ga Motete Dousunda, Sakamoto Desu Ga, Kono Bijutsubu ni wa Mondai ga Aru! and One Punch Man are all great anime and highly recommended.
