I can't verify my e-mail. Registered yesterday and didn't receive a mail. Requested a new one several times today and yesterday, still nothing was sent to me. Can somebody check that please?
Sorry I meant hidan, which are hosted by same provider as buzz but the files are hosted on Cloudflare's database which is much faster than Buzz. Hidan.co and Hidan.sh
I think you should also consider using buzzheavier, they got couple of mirrors trashbytes and flashbang and their files stored for very long time compared to others. It will be great feature for torrents which are somewhat old and people wants to grab from DDL.
Okay, thanks for the reference. I think you might be speculating too much on coincidence though. Regardless, it's not a direction I think the discussion should go, so I've removed a few posts in this thread.
"I'd say you are the mentally ill one. You can't like sports and anime? "
To me anime and sports suck... I liked high school sports back in the 60's, but I don't give a shyte these days about it in anime... I'm an "old fart" I'll be 77 later this year and a lot of anime genres suck IMHO.
Sure but I wasn't the one who brought up the article to begin with. Maybe it was over your head because you don't follow sports but it was a million percent obvious what his comment referred to I corrected him. If you don't like it oh well. It's not like I created any problems. You don't run the site admin has suggested anime only as a rule but kind of stated its not absolute unless we go overboard and fighting ensues or its topics like politics that only ever causes problems. Complain to the admin or create your own site if you have if you have problems with anyone not being completely robotic. Obviously admin had no issues. He simply wanted to know what article it was. If the admin had an absolute rule hed send out warnings and even temporary bans for anyone not on topic. Only ones complaining are the same people who always complain here about everything. Relax.
I'd say you are the mentally ill one. You can't like sports and anime? I was watching anime probably before you were alive. I also enjoy watching and playing sports. If all you do is sit in your mom's basement cool. I love anime and watch it more than anything else on TV but I enjoy many things. As an adult I also pay attention to the news and when the news fails us all it does is cause problems. Fake news had caused wars. That article caused a lot of problems and caused a lot of people to get upset. Leaving it at that.
Not you admin. Replying to this comment. It was totally obvious he was mentioning the Fake article plastered on MSN home page yesterday [removed] ("""""They also say that being carried by ones own ego will be your downfall."""")

According to the admin, audio is still being uploaded. just a little delayed than usual because of the queue.

Ah, I see. Thanks for replying.
I guess I'll go grab the file now that it's available for download.
Audio uploads appears to have been completely disabled for some reason. Maybe it's because of that NeoLX guy who just couldn't wait for the site to process the full file of his uploads and made a fuss about the audio being uploaded first.
I like that feature too. It's useful for getting the audio without having to download the full file (most of them are quite large)
A human knows, but this site runs on automation. Someone could create a list of rules, but it'd need to be maintained, and that's not something I'm willing to do.
I mean, for Erai, you know that if the title says "HEVC", it'll go in the mini-encode category, and if not, in the "rip" one.
As for other groups, you know what kind of stuff they produce so I don't think it'd be undoable here with a "gray" area for stuff released without a tag name or that doesn't fit the categories you set ^^"
I think they're mirroring from smallest to biggest files, like if you got 5 files at the same time : 500MB, 600MB, 70MB, 1GB, and finally 150MB. They'll go 70MB, 150MB, 500MB, 600MB and then the 1GB one.
And I believe that Erai and Subsplease have priority also...
Nyaa provides markings for remakes, and there's a filter option to hide them. Other sources don't supply this information, so nothing much can be done for those unfortunately.
Erai releases HEVC encodes also (touched) stuff. I don't think another "color" etc is really needed, the noobs to this site will figure it out on their own.
I thought it was more of a who uploads first. If [Erai-raws] and [SubsPlease] upload before [NeoLX] or [EMBER] then it will be mirrored here in that order. Am I wrong? I only download from a handful of uploaders unless I'm looking for something old school like from [Orphan] or [Inka-Subs]
The only cooking I did was my lunch, no worries admin, they're just the toxic people of Nyaa that moved from there and arrived on AnimeTosho thinking it's the same mentality here... :/
A second thing, but wouldn't it be possible to filter the type of release ?
Some groups like NanDesuKa, Varyg, Erai, Subsplease and Toonhub always upload rips (untouched) stuff. Other groups like Ember, ASW, Judas, DKB.. always upload mini-encodes.
A categorization would be a nice feat, or a "color" based view on the main page for each type of release (to each their color)?
Thanks for the suggestion. There's already a minor bias towards popular torrents in the queuing strategy.
Using your examples and looking at the last 500 non-batch uploads, NeoLX is about 0.3% of the upload volume. Other "small brands" have similar insignificant footprints, so even skipping them entirely would have virtually no impact on processing. As for what's "unimportant", that's subjective and not something I intend to make a judgement on.
The audio extract should have a minimal impact on the uploading process, due to the files being much smaller and fewer hosts being uploaded to. It's not really a 'step' in the uploading process, rather, it's a completely independent process in itself. Due to the above, it'll typically complete before the main upload completes.
However, I've tuned it a bit more to lower its priority further. I don't expect this to have much impact, but it might help with the confusion around audio appearing to have priority.
I personally don't consider SP to be an important brand. It should remain first come first served. If you can't wait a little longer you have a personal problem.
Would it be possible to move big, important brands like Subsplease with thousands of torrent downloads to the top of the queue, and small unimportant brands like NeoLX to the bottom? That would make more sense.
