MKVtoolnix :

- Install the software or use the portable version.
- Launch it.

- Drop the video (only that file for now).
- Deselect the audios (japanese & spanish if you want only ENG DUB, or just spanish if you want dual JAP / ENG DUB).

- Drop the ENG DUB audio in there, it'll be added to it.
- Click "Start multiplexing".

Done, the path in which the new video will be saved is written above that button.
