Eps 18, 19, and 24 are the only ones with significant changes. 18 added a missed font, 19 had a couple lines changed to fix a missing symbol, and 24 added EAC3 audio.
1-12 just fixed a header in the S&S subs and removed an unneeded chapter file.

TBHX was Aniplex so it was simuldubbed. Lazarus was partially a US production and aired on TV in the US first, so it naturally got a dub.

Wandance is Disney and the dub will start sometime next month.

Most dubs don't appear until at least the 3rd week, so yes it was a dumb comment and question since this is ep 2.
