This torrent dates back to 2010. And the version I have is a v2 encoded a month later with a different build of mkvmerge.

That being said, unlike most OVA's , this one is no fun.

Although it seems that it is not writing to Ebiten-wikipedia(ENG), the thing of Episode 11 OVA is written to Ebiten-wikipedia(JAP).

When it's all the links and only 1 user having a problem, it's a problem at your end, obviously. If it were me, I would re-boot and try again. Then update browser and try again. Then check disk space, browser download settings, etc. It could be lots of things.
