let's see, 'Sky shield' is Sky Broadband/broadcast's parental control filter?
1. If you have control of the account can you disable it? If your parents have control, threaten to put them in a nursing home some day if they don't disable it. (Just joking. The world will end in two years anyways.)
2. Try the Atom feed.
3. Proxy -- can't think of a way to do that

wiki says this was never released on dvd in japan, anidb says only part of the series was ever subbed.

I guess I can come in to answer this.

The TV series is still being subbed at the moment. 01-14 were done by Frenchies Subs and 15-24 by Anime-Koi. From 17 onwards were timed by me. 25-35 were already translated and waiting to be released.

The only available raw is a VHS rip from a long time ago and the quality isn't very high.

I have posted DDL links for the Anime-Koi releases here on this website. Also, the irc xdcc bots are still hosting the files from Frenchies too.

wow, you guys are awesome, thanks for the infos.
by the way I know about the bad quality of Dragon Quest no Daiboken, but that's normal since it's from 1991.
Not everything must be full hd or with BD-Rip.
I'm a huge fan of the series (games and manga), but I never had the change to see the Anime complete and wondered why, but now I know it.

I really hope to see one day the complete Anime of this and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
