The way everything is organized by series is very helpful; I think it would be great if you guys added a way to browse the various series you have listed. Similar to how we can browse the most recent uploaded episodes organized by series, but for all listings/shows.

there's not much use to that, since AT is not an archive site.
You can use aniDB to browse a list of anime titles, take note of its aid, then go to
https://animetosho.org/series/a.[aid]
to see what we have for that anime.
e.g.
for http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=13192
open https://animetosho.org/series/a.13192

but if you simply want a long list of anime titles
https://anime.thehylia.com/downloads/browse/all

Just search anime name, followed by group name or/and bd/dvd. But you will be lucky find a working link for releases older than 6 months, even for encrypted direct downloads. It doesn't get any simpler than that, you will be spending less, if not, same amount of time either way.
