Any reason why files aren't being uploaded to Jheberg? The last files uploaded to Jheberg or at least working links was 5 days ago.
04/03/2020 20:53 — Anonymous
The files are uploaded to Jheberg by AT, click on the link and you can see the file.  Also, the listing of the Jheberg link at AT is confirmation the upload was successful.

Jheberg looks like it is having a problem distributing files to their hosts.  Nothing in the news.  Probably a Jheberg problem that AT can't do anything about.  Wait and see.
04/03/2020 21:10 — Anonymous
It's also possible the upload scripting has changed in terms of host selection, since there's nothing in the news.  I'm sure admin will check on that.
08/03/2020 04:56 — admin
Thanks for raising the issue. I just tried manually uploading something, and it's experiencing the same issue, so looks like a problem on Jheberg's side that I can't do much about unfortunately.
I've disabled uploads to them until they fix up the issue on their side.

#Even a Pawn can take down a King#
Is it possible to run separate free.fr uploads in the meantime?
12/03/2020 10:37 — admin
I'll look at adding it as a host we directly upload to.
16/03/2020 09:24 — admin
dl.free.fr added as host.

MultiUp hosters is up, but its dropdown at AT always greyed.
Must visit their website to get links.
Just curious. Any reason?
11/03/2020 17:49 — Anonymous
-probably a lot of manual work to keep it current.
-probably websites would not want it to work if they knew.
12/03/2020 10:38 — admin
Thanks for raising that.
It's usually that they've changed their code on their end, which breaks the scraper here, and I haven't gotten around to fixing it.
I'll look at getting it to work again.
16/03/2020 10:04 — admin
Seems like they've put the page behind a CloudFlare blockade. This could be a little tricky to work around (if even possible).

This has been said before.  How the hell do we use Multi?????
Its been asked before and nothing but crickets.
Multi used to show links here now they dont.

This is what happens to me.
I click on a multiup file and get a 503 error Service temporarily unavailable Cannot download this file

Ive received the same error every time with every multiup file Ive tried ever since the links stopped showing on AT over a year ago.

I tried go to Multiup and there is no way to search for the files by name so tried making an account and same deal. I only see options to upload files.

Unless I'm missing something multiup is useless.

MultiUp:

I clicked on the MultiUp link for:

https://animetosho.org/view/horriblesu...kv.1435908

I got a MultiUp page with a big blue bar that said "Download" and clicked it.  It gave me 6 DDl-Services to choose from.  I chose 1Fichier and got a page with a big orange bar that says "Click here to download the file".   I did, and downloaded it with Firefox.

If you are not getting that experience, your browser setting may be stopping it due to various settings such as no cookies, no scripts or whatever.  Your options are to change settings or browsers.
It may also be possible that MultiUp is not available in your country, I suppose.

If you provide such details, maybe there are other suggestions.  The MultiUp counter also said two others had previously downloaded this file.
12/03/2020 03:36 — Anonymous
Hmmm

Thanks for replying. Tried with Chrome and worked fine. Firefox my default was giving me the 503. Tried playing with settings still 503.

Guess I will be using Chrome for AT downloads.

Whatever happened to Go4up?
12/03/2020 03:11 — Anonymous
Go4Up site went dead.  When it came back admin added it back here, but the Go4Up site didn't respond to any uploads.  After a few weeks of waiting and trying admin dropped it again.

Jheberg: Another recently not working multi-uploader site is Jheberg.  It was taking uploads but not distributing files to their hosts.  This happened about the time the CEO was touting a big infrastructure and features change, so someday maybe they'll get it working again.
12/03/2020 10:42 — admin
As an update, I tried uploading to Go4Up and Jheberg, and they still don't seem to be sending files off to hosts.
If you're interested, you can actually just try uploading to them yourself - a small test file will do. If either of them ever successfully push the file to hosts, please do post a comment here to let me know!
12/03/2020 18:48 *Satanswarrior
With a free Jheberg account I tried an 18mb anime short ova and no dice. First tried multiple hosters then with just one host and result was the same as here at AT.

Will try Go4up later if no one else does before I get home later.

Searched alternatives to Jheberg and several results. Maybe MirrorAce?  Up to 5gb file size.
12/03/2020 21:14 — Anonymous
Thanks for that, but the real test is whether paid customers get links and free customers do not.  It would explain why the sites are still up for so long but not working for free customers.
12/03/2020 21:23 — Anonymous
but then why provide uploading function to free customers. i too tested, not working on my side. changed locations using vpn, no success. if they are identifying vpn ip's then.. probably im thinking too much.
12/03/2020 21:57 — Anonymous
They're probably trying to see whether they can get people to pay, I would guess.  Try free, if it doesn't work then some may try pay.
13/03/2020 04:04 — Satanswarrior
Its highly unlikely it anything to do with ips.

If it was a business move someone is lacking some brain cells.
I literally just made the account today to test an 18mb file on Jheberg. Not working at all right from the start is idiotic. Trying to increase revenue is one thing but no trial period, no free file limit of any size .... no way in hell would I or anyone else pay for a virtual service you cant even test.

13/03/2020 04:19 — Anonymous
They've been around a long while and are probably disappointed in the profits.  It just seems strange that both Go4Up and Jheberg have the same problem of accepting free uploads but not distributing the files to their hosts.

It's probably the death-throes of the multi-ups.
13/03/2020 04:52 — Anonymous
p.s. Trying to sound like a potential paying customer doesn't really work for you, somehow.

If I ever pay a fee or allow a pop-up or watch an ad, I'll turn in my eye-patch and parrot.
16/03/2020 09:25 — admin
Thanks for the tests - it seems to mirror my experiences.

I recommended MirrorAce long ago.
MirrorAce is the way to go ;)
12/03/2020 23:47 — Anonymous
"Max file size: 5 GB. Max files: 50" they say.
13/03/2020 00:29 — Anonymous
It says an account is needed to use the api for uploads.  A 50 file limit as stated on the homepage wouldn't work either as an account total or even a daily limit for AT.

Anonymous uploads are generally the only way to process AT's level of output.

As it says in the AT FAQ:

"Some considerations to make when considering a host:

Are accounts required for uploading? Anonymous uploading is preferred here.
If an account is required, how much space is given?
Are there any other upload limits?
    How long do files last?
Does the host modify uploaded files in any way?
What quirks does the host have?
Is the host friendly to downloaders?"
13/03/2020 23:30 — Anonymous: "Anon"
MirrorAce isn't the host itself. And it doesn't alter file in any way. File hosting sites are those that are used here (and other places) for a long time:  1FICHIER, CLICKNUPLOAD, DDL.TO, FREE.FR, DROPAPK, NITROFLARE, OBOOM, SENDSPACE, SOLIDFILES, UPLOAD.AC, UPTOBOX, ZIPPYSHARE, etc.

I've used MirrorAce a lot and it's just great :)

Redundant offering of current ddl is a bit of a pain for those of us who scrape.
16/03/2020 10:03 — admin
I can take a look into MirrorAce - thanks for the suggestions.

Could you please upddate "[Doki] Kiki's Delivery Service" torrents from minglong to anidex??? They're not working.
12/03/2020 13:27 — Anonymous
That's something to ask at the Doki website.
26/03/2020 14:25 — Anonymous
On doki site links are correct. Here are not.
27/03/2020 10:16 — admin
Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean. I couldn't find any such entries linking to Minglong.

As far as I'm concerned fuck '''GO4UP'''.

Their site checked as safe (Checked with Virus Total and Google Safe browsing - "Clean").  Don't like that it always force redirects to a completely new window which isn't a good thing. Anyway moving on ...

Made account. Uploaded 18mb video file. Went to link provided. Clicked download and every time my Bitdefender caught this  "tetilot-cesahdotcom" infected webpage shit. It tried to access IDM but Bitdefender blocked it. And they have the nerve to ask for donations.

""""Bitdefender Total Security warning Notice

Online Threat Prevention

We blocked this dangerous page for your protection:
******.tetilot-cesah.***/uahfdh9m)j8v7/file.exe
Dangerous pages attempt to install software that can harm the device, gather personal information or operate without your consent.""""

Stay away from them. Even signing out tries to force redirect. To many warning signs of malicious intent.

If redirects and malware warnings aren't enough read their fucked up terms. They basically state they can fuck you any way they want if they choose and you have to deal with it if you want an account with them.

Our torrent client thinks this download is corrupt and won't run it, so not available for now.  I know Nyaa shows others have downloaded it.  We'll post here if we find a fix or it resolves (think days not hours).
16/03/2020 09:30 *admin
The two torrent clients I tried (Transmission and rTorrent) both seem to reject it as invalid.
It seems that they don't like the 'name' field in the torrent having a trailing slash. Removing the slash makes it work, but this changes the Info Hash of the torrent, which means downloading won't work.

Basically, I don't have an easy fix for getting that particular torrent to work unfortunately.
I could file a bug report, but considering how often they do updates, it may be years before they roll out a fix. Bug reports exist for the two clients: Transmission has a fix for their next version, rTorrent seems to be uninterested in a fix.

Thanks for raising the issue by the way!
