It's funny that you talk about rules and permission when some of your encodes are done without the consent/knowledge of the original group.
One of them is my release of Chiba Pedal ep. 5 and 6.

The question should be why it is on TT (as this site is just a mirror of some trackers).

No, of course not. I just like people to support the site directly and since i didn't upload it, it violates the rules we have.

Only a select few are allowed to upload their work for hi10 on different sites like AT or TT

Here's somescreen shots of my post for hi10 with the edit view, only possible by staff and a pic server side showing that the original is stored on the server for hi10.

The CRC, filename, and file size are the exact same, not to mention it points directly to the server's location with the webseed. An anonymous user wouldn't be able to create the webseed and get it to properly seed from hi10's server unless they have access to it (knowing the location where the file is stored).

I've removed that now, so the feed listing should be the same as the other listings.

You know that hi10anime provides DDL at thier site and some of the encoders (e.g. kBaraka) embrace AT and post the the link of AT page on thier site?

I dont understand your reason. In fact, your server's speed should increase since people can download mirror on this site

I'm happy to remove it, as long as you can provide something to show that you are the original submitter (more than just an anonymous comment that anyone could make).

However, I can't understand your reasoning here at all. The listing here has no effect on speeds of your server.

Hi Admin, could please remove the following post from animetosho: https://animetosho.org/view/hi10-_suka...kv.1097791

If the torrent stays active here it will cause the download speeds to slow down the server for hi10anime. I'm the one working on the series for hi10 so if people want to download my version please visit: hi10anime.com and search sukasuka.

Have a good day!

Currently, entries that haven't been fully downloaded aren't shown in the feed.

When new entries are created on AT, the rss seem late to update with the new entries. Is this works intentionally or a bug?

Duplication between Anidex and Nyaa.si isn't really a problem, unless the poster actually generated two completely different torrents and posted it to both sites.

It's more re-posts where the submitter has created an entirely new torrent to the original (presumably because the original torrent has been lost), and due to the way torrents work, causes a completely different hash to be generated and can't be matched (de-duplicated) with the original.
AniDex doesn't seem to have many of these, but there's a lot more on Nyaa.si.

What I can consider doing, is just fetch from a whitelist of users for now. Would anyone be able to list some posters I should fetch from Nyaa.si?

I want to thank AnimeTosho for simply existing. In an uncertain time for anime fansubs you're an important repository of information, not to mention a place that always seems to have DDL or links to series whose torrents have been abandoned. You're a great asset to every anime fan and I'll continue supporting you in any way I can.

why not just use new Nyaa sites for your torrent needs? It has your seed/peer count.

May I ask how you're using the feed?
If it's a torrent client, one would think that it'd be appropriate for the torrent client to scrape the trackers for the seed/leech count.
If you're using some typical RSS reader, I presume you want those stats in the 'description' field (where DDL links are listed), I can understand (there's is a slight issue with it potentially being out of date, depending on how frequently the reader scrapes the feed, but I suppose it's probably not a big deal).

I've reduced the min infix length from 4 to 2, so the above should now work.
RAM usage is 3x higher (T_T) so will need to see whether it gets kept though...

I've added a hidden parameter (I'll come up with a UI for it later) to enable it.
After doing a search, add "&qx=1" to the URL to switch to Sphinx matching mode.

Hmm I get your point but I don't know, its such a crucial piece of information if you are trying to download something via torrent. Thanks for such a quick reply anyway. kudos for the site.

Tor uses layered encryption. Only the connection from the exit node to destination is unencrypted by Tor (but may still be encrypted, e.g. if you're using HTTPS).

VPNs have the exact same issue - it only encrypts from your point to the VPN server, and not beyond. VPNs and SSL are completely different and one shouldn't affect the other. If you're getting certificate issues when not using VPN, perhaps your ISP/network is attempting to tamper with your connection.

Whereabouts?
Have avoided it so far as I didn't really want the feed's contents to be changing that frequently (though maybe most readers are fine with that).

It would probably be necessary to de-list Anidex to solve the duplication problems with nyaa.si

Or the re-posts issue might settle out in a couple of months, so wait until then I guess.

I'm considering adding nyaa.si as a source.
It's just that, at the moment, there isn't that many entries it has that our current sources don't..., and there's a lot of reposts (with different info hashes, which doesn't get picked up by de-dupe).
But thanks for bringing it up nonetheless."

It works again now. And yes, with Nyaa's demise I decided to add some groups to my blacklist, didn't know that was the problem.

Anyway, thank you!

More precisely it comprises encrypted and unencrypted connections (through a distributed network).

However, Tor doesn't encrypt data transferred while VPNs like great Psiphon do it.
