It's the same file!
but you will not have problem with this OVA since it's just the adaptation of the first volume of the manga! there is nothing BL/yaoi in this OVA (even the manga don't have much in fact, it's more vampire master/servant relation)
If you like vampire/blood/fighting (there is even a loli!) you will like it!

DVD vs VHS, cont.

1. I don't think there's a way to be sure without downloading, assembling and unpacking the files.  Assuming worst cast that they are VHS sourced, they may still be better or worse encodes than what you have, if they are not the same as what you have.  (By the way, if what you have is not VHS-sourced files but the actual VHS tapes, you might want to get the files too.  Tapes wear out.)

2. You probably have better information on this series, but with a quick look it seems only the Fantastic Adventures was released on DVD, so that would be the only one you can hope to improve, but even that is probably analogue sourced.  Otaku-Cop often turns down requests due to lack of seeders/traffic on a torrent.  That doesn't bode well for a media file search (little interest in title).  However, since it was released with an English dub track, you may have more luck finding the actual DVD at some video or video rental store.  Or Amazon or ebay.
3. Otherwise, someone will probably resend the neo1024 torrent or something like it one day.  Then download sites will probably have it again for a short while.  So keep your eyes open.

Nyaa subtly changed their website code for some reason, which broke the parser for the script unfortunately. It should now be fixed.

TokyoTosho changed their page yesterday - seeing as it was just a one day change, I decided to disable fetching until they reverted it. I've now re-enabled fetching from TT, and fetched the stuff from yesterday, so all should be good now :)
