Thanks, I was able to find a App to Read and convert the Extracted Subtitle.
the Subtitles were in SUP format, which were hard to convert to SRT
I was able to do it with Subtitle Edit (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Subtitle-Edit) A great tool.

What I'm reading on nyaa is that the Japanese DVD of this movie is still 20 days from release, and this might be the Korean dubbed version.  Our preview pictures show English hardsubs and what level of video quality to expect.  The English subs apparently are the result of translating Japanese to German to English.  Nothing new for Commie fans of Panzer, perhaps, but might be an awkward translation.

The source group, "Pure-Anime.biz" advertises itself as a German speedsub group and has 15 other non-English torrents listed on Nyaa.

It's 336p resolution and 1 hour 49 minutes long.

It has no mediainfo so definitely isn't a video file. You need to be careful. People are always uploading dodgy things to Nyaa and TT,  anything with exe in the filename should generally be avoided.

1. mp4 is usually a hardsub format, and all of Deadfish's stuff that I know about is mp4 hardsub.  "Ass" files are for softsub, so there is no  ass file for the subtitles here.  The subtitle information has alsready been used to permanently alter the video file.
2. I downloaded this show from Fichier.  The subtitles played fine.
3.  I can only think of one way to not see the subtitles on playback with hardsubs: If you played it back on a TV in overscan mode -where the image is enlarged, cutting off the borders where the subtitles would be displayed.  If so, look for an "expand" or "overscan" setting on your TV or playback device.
4. If you wanted an ass file for this show for whatever other reason, it is based on the Nubles mkv which is listed here at AT.  You can easily get the ass file from that.

The links take a while sometimes.  An hour later and I see lots.

First, you can ignore the sfv and nfo files and just look for the one that's 399.7MB.  Some download services send it in one piece, such as AnonFiles and EmbedUpload/Fichier.  Just click on those services and follow their directions.  (AnonFiles has some problems.  Fichier or one of the others would be better to use first.) If the file comes with the extension 7z  and a random-looking file name instead of mkv and the episode name you were expecting, you will need to extract it from a 7-zip container by using the 7-zip freeware (www.7-zip.com --It's a very well known utility.)

Two services here require the file to be split into two parts, Sendspace and ShareBeast.  7-zip will join and extract those two halves, but if you are unfamiliar with 7-zip it would be easier to start with the one piece downloads.

I don't know a web site to ask Raizel directly about this.  He might create external subtitles, but there's a lot of work involved in creating a text subtitle file from graphical subtitles like these*.  In any case, graphical subtitle formats are here to stay and your video player should be able to handle them.  The latest version of CCCP can, and I'm told VLC 1.1 and up and probably most others.

*(OCR and editing, usually)

The easiest method is to download the program hjsplit @ http://www.hjsplit.org/
Choose the proper version you need near the bottom of the page.
Download it, (extract it if you have the windows one).
Run hjsplit.exe
Once the program opens, you should have 6 options.
Choose Join
Now a new pop-up windows open.
Click on Input file
Go to the proper file destination (such as your downloads folder, if you're not already there)
Now there should only be one file to choose from (or other folders)
Named unico_-_the_island_of_magic_(sanrio_co.,_ltd.-tezuka_pro,_1983).mkv.001 or similar file ending in .mkv.001
Click Open.
Now the pop-up menu should display the input file and the output file(and you will see that it ends with .mkv not .mkv.001 or anything)
Now all you have to do is click start.
Once it finishes (and tells you), you should have the complete file. Huzzah!
Now you can play the video.

Another program that will get the job done is filejoiner @ http://www.igorware.com/file-joiner
This will feature similar steps.

Lastly there is another options, if you're up to the task.
open up the command prompt (win+R then type cmd.exe)
move to the directory containing the split files (use cd) - or move the files to the user root folder.
then type
COPY /B <source file1>+<source file2>+<source file3>+.... <destination file>
where <source file1> is .mkv.001  and <source file2> is .002 and so on. and <destination file> is the file ending in .mkv.
This is easier done if you rename the parts before hand to avoid unnecessarily typing/mistakes. do A.mkv.001 B.mkv.002 ....

After executing the command windows should give you the complete file with no issues during opening/playback.

For linux:

cat file1 file2 > file3
