If you use MS Windows, you can download and use HJ-Split for joining the split downloaded files.

It seems no Attachments file uploaded in earlier release.
I wonder if it's  problem with Dev-Host or something else.
I Hope it'll be fixed already.
Arigatou admin-sama.
:)
08/02/2014 23:47 — admin
Do you have any examples?
I took a random file uploaded on 2014-02-01, which was about when we switched attachment uploading to DevHost, and the file appears to be alive.
09/02/2014 02:13 — ichimoku1134
It seems that there are no dev-host links for recent files.
09/02/2014 04:50 — admin
Recent: yes, "earlier": no.
I think their site is currently broken because I can't successfully upload anything there at the moment.
09/02/2014 10:55 — Anonymous: "Jengkol_Buruk"
Gomen admin-sama, and yes, I mean recent links.
According to your statements, Dev-Host has problem right now, right?
I hope it'll be fixed soon as long as Dev-Host normal again or maybe You take another host for put it.
Arigatou.
:)

Dev-Host has problem right now, right?
Try uploading a file (not remote/URL upload) there =P

I wonder what is NZB? i can't download from there
08/02/2014 23:44 — admin
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NZB

In short, you'll know if you use newsgroups.
09/02/2014 02:44 — TS_Kid_11
what hosts do you guys use beside Devhost and Anonfiles? Devhost is my 1st choice, anonfiles speed is pretty good, but I can't seem to use IDM on that site :(.
09/02/2014 04:53 — admin
You'll see what hosts we use by looking at what's available on the home page?
I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to ask...
09/02/2014 05:18 — ichimoku1134
Not sure if trollin or not...

Anyways, I can use IDM just fine.
09/02/2014 08:46 — Tibb
Just right click on the download link and select copy address link (or something similar). IDM should pick it up.
09/02/2014 06:48 — aniluv
I primarily use Anonfiles & Dev-host. IDM work fine on both sites. Sharebeast is also a good alternative.
09/02/2014 14:20 *TS_Kid_11
sorry that I didn't said it clearly. "what hosts have good speed beside Devhost and Anonfiles?" (without premium access)  is what I intended to ask.
09/02/2014 16:21 — Anonymous
mega, but bots stoped using it here.
09/02/2014 17:46 — Anonymous
MirrorCreator>Uppit
Jheberg>1fichier
Sharebeast

all of them like max 300KB/s
09/02/2014 22:12 — goldfish
Pretty much this for me, plus AnonFiles and Tibb's Davvas :D
10/02/2014 00:40 — TS_Kid_11
thanks, and Putlocker also has pretty fast download speed.
10/02/2014 12:36 — masami
Hope Devhost and Anonfiles will be fixed soon.
10/02/2014 13:00 — Anonymous: "misama"
yeah me too. Those 2 provides some of the best speed I've seen for a while.

what happened actualy?
10/02/2014 23:22 — Anonymous
Hope Anonfiles to be fixed soon aswell :D
11/02/2014 00:10 — admin
Seems like AnonFiles just changed their valid file types list, removing a few, and reduced their size limit to 250MB.
Files uploaded to AF now have a .rar extension, although they're really just 7-Zip files with a fake header.
7-Zip 9.20 seems to open them fine, don't know about WinRAR.
11/02/2014 00:24 — Anonymous
o: that sucks. although it takes a very long time for the links to go dead on anonfiles or doesn't ? :D
11/02/2014 11:50 — masami
Is Devhost still dead?
11/02/2014 21:27 — admin
Well, don't take my word for it - try uploading a file there (not URL upload) and see if you succeed.
12/02/2014 03:07 — Zero3K
It works for me.
12/02/2014 09:34 — admin
Looks like they finally got around to fixing it.
Well it's been re-activated.

Thanks for the notification.
12/02/2014 13:16 — aniluv
Awesome. Thanks for having it back.
15/02/2014 22:42 — Anonymous
for some series files die within hours
11/02/2014 13:11 *aniluv
From 500 to 250mb? What... That is like such a downgrade of service... What are they thinking...
Files types allowed:
jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, css, txt, avi, mpeg, mpg, mp3, doc, docx, odt, apk, rmvb, zip, rar, mkv, xls, odf, py
11/02/2014 13:39 — goldfish
Oh aniluv, if only you know......

hope devhost gets fixed soon :)

Why is uptobox giving me a reported attack page? This never happened before.
12/02/2014 03:37 — Tibb
Yeah, it gives me the same thing, chrome has blocked it for your safety.

Some ads that they feature have some sort of malicious content, and UpToBox continued to run the ads leaving Google to block them.
Over time uptobox will remove these ads (if they didn't already) and then they will get unblocked by Google. I Don't know when Google will decide it's safe to visit the website again.

Since uptobox doesn't allow ad-blockers, it's best to avoid it.
Of course, if you're a premium account holder (like me), you have nothing to worry about (no ads).

more info here: http://safebrowsing.clients.google.com...e&hl=en-US
13/02/2014 02:11 — dreamer2908
Actually, you can use ad-blockers with uptobox and non-premium acounts if you also block javascripts (using NoScripts for Firefox, NotScripts for Chrome, etc.). Most functions still work. The only side effect I notice is that the timer doesn't count down, but it will still give you the link after waiting 45s and clicking the download button.
13/02/2014 11:16 — goldfish
Thanks for this trick..... :D

More trickiness for Firefox: Turn JavaScript on and off with a button on the fly.  Off until clock, on to get countdown.
Also on the fly on/off for Java, Flash, Silverlight, Images, Cookies, etc.

My favorite extension, QuickJava:

So putlocker is now firedrive? Wow... just so sudden...
12/02/2014 22:01 — admin
Well, there goes my long term file storage plan...
At least it seems our files are still there.
Will need to find another host though.

13/02/2014 21:15 — admin
Thanks for the suggestions!

Sockshare: same company as Putlocker, uploading currently disabled through the API. They may disappear soon - will have to wait and see
Putlocker.ws: I can't even get to their "Go Pro" page...
ForwardFiles: files only stored for 12 days
TempShare: files only stored for 45-90 days
15/02/2014 22:48 — Anonymous
fisher used here is 60 days.
16/02/2014 01:56 — goldfish
See admin's comment at the bottom: "By the way, this is for long term file storage - not the same as majority of hosts used here."

^_^
14/02/2014 09:23 *dark
try https://www.solidfiles.com < seems allows anonymous uploads too.
http://www.tusfiles.net/
14/02/2014 11:04 — goldfish
Solidfiles seems good :D
14/02/2014 20:32 — admin
Solidfiles: 50GB space with 90 day retention only
Tusfiles: 3TB storage for premium - not really enough for the volume we have here

By the way, this is for long term file storage - not the same as majority of hosts used here.
I've gone with UpToBox for now. Thanks for suggestions.

Hello!

I wonder, will you be adding RSS feeds?
They're really helpful for reader-software, like Digg.

Thanks!
16/02/2014 13:40 *aniluv
Already have it.

https://animetosho.org/feed/rss2

Admin, perhaps it can save u some time if you just put the rss link in the FAQs so people can know where to get them =D
17/02/2014 16:01 — cool_boy_mew
Here's a better link:
https://animetosho.org/feed/atom?aids=

After the =, put the numbers found in specific anime pages:
https://animetosho.org/series/shingeki...yojin.9541

So https://animetosho.org/feed/atom?aids=9541
You can also have multiples series in one feed like this:
https://animetosho.org/feed/atom?aids=9541,69

Then you can use something like Demonfeed to filter out all groups you don't watch for each series!
03/03/2014 11:44 — admin
Added to FAQ page, thanks for the suggestion.
