The chance of admin making a mod are so slim.

I don't want Hollywood's crawlers being aware of this site though. The links stay up for too long and may attract their attention and bring takedowns with them.

Are you guys blocking Yahoo pipes from grabbing the RSS feeds on this site? I am able to access it directly but I keep getting errors when I try to include them in my pipes.

There isn't any explicit blocking so I wouldn't be able to answer.
Have you tried both the RSS and ATOM feeds?

Yahoo Pipes seems to be down at the time of writing so I couldn't test, but I've made some changes to the RSS and ATOM feeds.
See if it works now.

Unfortunately, I really don't know...
The W3 validator says that both feeds are valid, but I can't seem to get Yahoo Pipes to work myself :(

If you find any useful info, I'm willing to try to make it work, but at this point, I don't know what the issue is.

I doubt he'll allow raws to appear here since the amount of raws uploaded to nyaa and TT is large and a waste of bandwidth. You can try torrent leeching sites such as furk and megafiles.

I don't know if any of the listed sites supports resumes, but I imagine all these sites require registration before torrent leeching though.
Also note that not all these sites will be fast to download from either.

Answer:
Maybe. The main constraint here, again, is server bandwidth required for such things. Mirroring other categories will most likely require more servers to handle the load. As AnimeTosho is free and does not earn any revenue (no advertising etc) and no donations are being accepted, the amount of funding we have is limited (currently all from my own pocket).

Question:
Can you upload [some arbitrary file]?

Answer:
AnimeTosho only mirrors new files posted to TokyoTosho's anime category and does not accept arbitrary mirror requests. I suggest trying to ask someone to help you on a filesharing forum, or perhaps use a torrent to DDL mirroring service (or get your own seedbox).

It's more of yibis not putting it in nyaa and TT that it doesn't get uploaded here until someone does it in nyaa.

If you notice yibis releases an episode, this is what you can do to get it uploaded to AT.

1. Go to yibis.com (or .net)
2. On the file you would like a mirror for (it would be wiser to check the # of seeders first) right click and copy the bittorrent URL.
NOTE: This only works if the file was not fetched previously by the bot.
ex. http://i.imgur.com/tfvmBG8.png
3. Now go to TokyoTosho.info (Nyaa will work too)
4. Select the appropiate type (ANIME)
5. in the text box below insert the bittorent URL you copied.
ex. http://i.imgur.com/BXltlJC.png
6. All that is left to do is hit submit!

As long as you posted in the right category (and comply with the bots restrictions), it should pick it up!

The releases are still on NYAA http://www.nyaa.eu/?page=torrentinfo&tid=454006 .And should be mirrored. FUNiMATION DCMA. https://animetosho.org/about/filtseries is most likely the problem for them not being here.

Take for example the fansub group Doki, They use http://tracker.anime-index.org/ and no other.
At the time of writting this, their latest release "Onii-chan Dakedo Ai Sae Areba Kankeinai yo ne (BD) - Batches" does not appear here.
An follower of Doki will take time out of their day to submit it to TT on their behalf, usually.

I listed these steps because if you see a release that wasn't mirrored to AT, you have the ability to do so.
