This anime is worth the DL.  This season follows up season 1 very well.

Which episodes, and which languages? I just looked at the English subs (Full and Signs+Songs) for all 12 episodes and they all look like they're for this series (and not from Nageki no Bourei).

Multipar (par2j) does support the Unicode Filename packet, but you'll have to run it via Wine if you're not on Windows.

It Rained Fire is more correct imo because it takes into account the ふる part, not just 火の雨.
