According to Anidb L-E only did up to ep 8. Based on preview screens looks like 9-19, 28-29 are DOMO (range might be wrong, I got 429 error so can't check any more) and then the rest (except for episode 34) is TekosSubs (a Portugese group, they've said their English subs google translated) making this a hardsub of that (as that exists in softsub no need to OCR but due to beuing an MTL thery're subpar). Also many eps have piracy streaming site watermarks.
